Yes the complex and room clean and tidy but thats where the positives end. An all inclusive holiday yet the food was just OK, the bars didn't open until 11 o clock and when they did you had to queue and queue for the bar and then you only receive 1/2 a pint and you cant have more than one drink at any one time, well of course unless you are a pretty young girl / lady which we saw on multiple occasions where they when asked for where given more than one drink at a time. This is wrong and out of order.

Complex clean and tidy

Having to queue for your "FREE ALCOHOL" then only 1/2 a pint. Could spend all day queuing and not enjoying the pools and other activities. pretty woman / ladies were given more than one drink ataxy one time where the men were refused. This is out of order and very unprofessional of the bar staff / management. More bar staff required to make it a more pleasurable holiday and all customers being treated the same.
